**Location: Stoke on Trent, Hybrid working
- 37.5 hours Monday to Friday**

**An outline of your responsibility as a HR Advisor**
- Manage the HR helpdesk, ensuring that all queries are responded to within the agreed timescales, escalating delayed responses as appropriate.
- Provide a first-time fix service to all queries on the HR Helpdesk, ensuring our colleagues and managers receive a quality and responsive service.
- Administer the full employee lifecycle including new starter process, change of terms and conditions, leaver process etc.
- Support and advise our management teams in all areas of our people processes/policies including, probation, sickness absence management, capability, grievances, disciplinary, pay and reward etc.
- Support the People Partnering Manager with the administration and coordination of organisational change including restructures/redundancy/redeployment activity.
- Supporting TUPE process by producing Employee Liability Information and coordinating/ conducting colleague consultations.
- Provide administration support for any employee relations matter as appropriate,
- Produce useful and insightful information through the production and management of reports with the wider People team (and the business as agreed) to support decision making in the department.
- Prepare regular reports on regional people data to support the People Partnering Manager in formulating insight and informing the key HR activity within region and company wide.
- Maintain the suite of reports within the HR system.
- To assist the People Partnering Manager and the business with key projects and initiatives; Well-Being, Inclusion, Engagement, People Development
**About You**
This role is a great platform to develop your core knowledge and expertise in the HR world. Ideally you will have experience as an HR Advisor with exposure to case management, data and operational support and we will support you as you grow and develop your foundations in this role. To be successful in our People team you need to have strong business acumen and commerciality with a desire to embrace digital transformation, enabling you to focus on quality people activity.
CIPD qualification is a distinct advantage but not essential. Excellent communication, influencing, coaching and stakeholder management skills are key to your success in that role. You will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
