An exciting opportunity to join a fast growing wholesale and ecommerce education resources reseller for a dynamic and highly organised CIPD qualified HR professional with a least ten years’ experience in similar roles. You are educated to degree level and / or have strong A-levels.

In addition to the education and experience requirements, to be successful in this role, you will be able to effectively manage your own workload to meet all deadlines and have demonstrable broad experience in all aspects of Human Resources management in warehouse and office environments.

**Position Title**:HR Advisor

**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm

**Salary**: £34,500

**Responsibilities**
- Full administration of HR
- Using HR information systems to access, input and compile data ensuring all records are up to date
- Monitoring and maintaining employee leaves
- Dealing with various HR queries throughout the business
- Reviewing and updating job descriptions
- Developing and advising on recruitment and selection strategies
- Assisting with and developing recruitment campaigns
- Coordinating the appointment process for successful applicants
- Monitoring key recruitment metrics, such as turnover and retention rates
- Maintaining records of all agency agreements
- Negotiating terms and conditions of employment with staff
- Providing advice and playing a major role in work reviews and change processes
- Advising and supporting on training and development needs
- Preparing staff rotas
- Managing staff relationships, responding to any queries or problems that they have and managing their expectations
- Researching and recommending performance evaluation methods (e.g. employee appraisal systems)
- Monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation via Bright HR
- Supporting the business with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary
- Supporting the business with performance management programmes
- Driving the business performance in relation to the organisation’s objectives
- Acting as the point of contact for hiring managers and employees
- Any other HR related activity requested by the Directors

**Education profile**
- Any degree
- 2 / 3 A-Levels

**Experience**
- Minimum 10 years in HR related roles
