About the Role

As a Water Resources Engineer, you will be integral to delivering civil engineering solutions for projects within the water sector, collaborating with a diverse team of specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass a variety of tasks, including:

  • Conducting site assessments and preparing detailed reports.
  • Creating engineering drawings and performing design calculations.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while mentoring junior team members.
  • Contributing to the design of both water and wastewater systems, as well as related infrastructure projects.
  • Engaging in all phases of design, from initial feasibility studies to detailed construction plans.
Project Involvement

This position primarily supports our long-term partnership with a key water utility provider, while also offering opportunities to engage in various projects across the UK.

Work Environment

This is a permanent role with a hybrid working model. We welcome applications from candidates across the UK, offering flexibility in work location.

Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • A strong technical foundation in the design of water and wastewater systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
  • A proven track record of teamwork and a commitment to meeting project deadlines.
