Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects and manage work packages, ensuring effective supervision of junior team members.
  • Conduct site assessments, prepare reports, and create detailed drawings and design calculations.
  • Support health and safety initiatives throughout project execution.
  • Contribute to our expanding portfolio in the Water Utilities sector, focusing on both infrastructure and non-infrastructure projects.
  • Oversee design processes from initial feasibility studies to detailed construction designs and commissioning phases.

Project Involvement:

This role primarily supports our long-term framework with a key water utility client, while also offering opportunities to engage in diverse projects across the UK.

Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a hybrid working model. We welcome applications from candidates across the UK, with flexibility to work from various regional offices or remotely.

Team Leadership:

As a Senior Engineer, you will mentor junior design team members, ensuring timely project delivery within budget and specifications.

Professional Development:

  • Assist in the growth and development of project team members.
  • Help prepare and monitor project budgets, including resource planning and financial reporting.
  • Ideal candidates will possess a relevant degree and professional qualifications, though equivalent experience is also valued.
  • Demonstrate a strong technical foundation in the design of water and wastewater systems, with proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of producing clear and concise reports.
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team to meet project deadlines.
