Role Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to collaborate with organizational leaders in enhancing workforce and organizational capabilities while supporting the execution of business strategies from a human resources perspective. The ideal candidate will cultivate strong partnerships with colleagues in the People Directorate, particularly in Organizational Development and Talent Acquisition, to implement and deliver the People Strategy effectively. Furthermore, the HR Business Partner will offer counsel and support on intricate employee relations issues, identifying areas for improvement and formulating strategic plans to manage and mitigate risks through comprehensive analysis of management data.

Work Model

We provide a blended working model, typically involving two days in the office and three days working remotely.

Candidate Profile

What you will bring:

  • Extensive experience and knowledge in Employee Relations and the application of UK Employment Law, with the capability to manage complex employee relations cases.
  • Proven track record in leading organization-wide change initiatives and acting as the subject matter expert for the People Directorate on various projects.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities, with the skill to discern broader trends through data analysis and develop appropriate action plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to positively influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with the broader People Directorate.
  • Degree-level education and a Chartered Membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent qualification/experience.
