- Produce and issue technical drawings for tender and construction purposes, adhering to design standards and quality management procedures.
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure Team and Senior Director to deliver engineering designs for infrastructure and residential projects.
- Develop and implement drainage and levels strategies to support planning applications.
- Conduct flood risk assessments and produce reports to support planning applications.
- HNC or BEng Civil Engineering degree.
- Consultancy or private sector development background with experience working on residential development.
- Experience with drainage designs, strategies, and flood risk assessment for private and adoptable works.
- Experience in producing technical drawings for tender and construction purposes for various infrastructure projects.
- Numerate and software literate, including experience with Microdrainage and AutoCAD.
- Experience in legal, planning, and technical consent procedures for drainage design and implementation.
- Competitive salary.
