About the Role: Strategic Deal Desk Manager
As a Senior Deal Desk Manager at Snyk, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and shaping our deal lifecycle. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to create private offers on leading cloud platforms and develop effective deal strategies.
Your Impact:
- Lead the development and execution of strategic deal initiatives, collaborating with marketplace teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Oversee the quote approval process, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing guidance on pricing strategies to optimize sales outcomes.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration between finance, sales operations, and other departments to streamline processes and align with organizational goals.
- Provide critical support to the sales team throughout the deal lifecycle, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth and successful deal closures.
- Drive continuous improvement within the deal desk function by analyzing processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing changes to enhance efficiency.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk management, or related roles with a proven track record of managing complex deals and driving revenue growth.
- A deep understanding of go-to-market dynamics and stakeholder-specific programs.
- Advanced analytical skills to interpret complex datasets and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders through data visualization.
- Proficiency in role-specific systems (e.g., reporting systems, CRM, Marketing Automation Platforms)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
