We are seeking a highly motivated andresults-oriented individual to join our team as an EMEA Hyperscaler Deals DeskLead you will play a critical role in driving co-selling initiatives, managingsales pipelines, and facilitating collaboration among various teams. Yourprimary responsibility will be to ensure seamless co-selling operations andmaximize revenue generation through effective account management and pipelinealignment in the assigned region.

JobResponsibilities

Management Duties

·Management of the Global Deals Desks staff forthe assigned region in the client portfolio.

·Execute deals desk strategic and operationalpriorities as set by Emerge leadership.

·Collaborate across the Global Deals Desk regionsto maintain and manage the operational playbook to ensure an effective globallyconsistent process.

oIncluding

§Weeklycadence meetings with team members

§Maintenanceof coaching log of all employee development interactions

§Contributeto defined reporting suite to be delivered weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually

§Process/SOPs

·Assisting with sharing best practices andstandards across all client portfolio accounts

Lineof Business Duties

·Management of team members performing thefollowing functions, and assisting in its execution when required:

oIdentifyowning Account Managers/Sales teams for each opportunity and (SFDC) pipeline alignment

oReviewnew opportunity creation and implement/notate within various digital co-selltools

oProactivelyreach out to Account Managers/Sales teams, notifying them of co-sellopportunities

oUpdatethe Global Tracker and Bookings reconciliation with account progress and dealinformation.

oFacilitateco-sell team meetings to kick-start joint account planning

oMonitorthe progress of deals, aligning Account Managers to tasks and assignments

oAlignSFDC co-sell pipeline with and bookings within various tools, uploading newidentified opportunities and organizing / aligning components forreconciliation (PO/SO Deal ID)

oCloseCRM pipeline with successful opportunities, updated with Account bookingsdetails.

Qualifications

·BS Degree or equivalent work experience

·At least 2 years managing teams of 5+ operationsor sales staff

·Fluent in English and additional languages is aplus

· CRM proficiency

·Functional experience with AWS APN ACE &MSFT MPC

·Have sales support experience with networkingand relationship building

·Good understanding of partner resellerenvironments, hyperscaler marketplace and ecosystem business models

·Ability to communicate information in a succinctand understandable manner

·Self-starter, motivated, disciplined, andorganized individual

·Experience with data management

·Strong communication skills, active listener,ability to synthesize high level information

·Ability to communicate strategy and concepts

·Strong collaboration, influencing andfacilitation skills

·Enjoy working in a fast-paced changingenvironment

·Demonstrated, take-charge attitude

Work Environment

·Remote, working from home and occasionalworksite locations

·Potential for up to 10% travel

·No Relocation
