Our Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our sales operations team as a Senior Deal Desk Manager. As a key figure in our deal desk function, you will play a strategic role in shaping and optimizing the deal lifecycle. Your focus will encompass collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating private offers on leading cloud platforms, and driving revenue growth through effective deal strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take a leadership role in formulating and executing strategic deal initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Facilitate and oversee the quote approval process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide guidance on pricing strategies to maximize sales opportunities and lead cross-functional collaboration with finance, sales operations, and other relevant departments to streamline processes.
  • Lead the sales team throughout the deal process, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring efficient and successful deal closures.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the deal desk function, analyzing processes, identifying areas for optimization, and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk management, or related roles, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex deals.
  • Ability to identify gaps in existing technology and suggest a resolution path.
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market dynamics and stakeholder-specific programs.
  • Advanced ability to analyze and interpret complex datasets.
  • Role-specific system expertise, including reporting systems, CRM, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Proficient in data visualization to effectively communicate insights and trends to various stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in multitasking, prioritization, and managing complex projects or programs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Able to analyze, design, and refine complex stakeholder processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to identify and analyze complex problems, determine root causes, and propose innovative solutions with a strategic mindset.
  • Demonstrates strong adaptability to changing market dynamics and business requirements.
  • Comfortable with high volume and a very fast-paced workload.
