Position Overview
The Senior Director of Sales will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategy and growth initiatives for one of our key hyperscale clients. This position involves managing international data center projects and actively contributing to the development and execution of Vantage's broader business strategy within the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead all sales, business development, and marketing efforts for a major hyperscale account, focusing on competitive market positioning, pricing strategies, and implementing value-based solutions.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders within the client organization to ensure successful project execution and ongoing partnership growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the hyperscale client.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve individual and collective performance goals.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
