Head of Global Sales

Lore Group is a leading international hospitality company with a portfolio of award-winning properties across Europe and the United States. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Global Sales to lead our global sales team and drive revenue growth across all allocated market segments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the global sales team to achieve targeted revenue goals in all allocated market segments.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maintain and increase existing business, as well as develop new business on an annual basis against set targets and objectives.
- Maintain awareness of both domestic and international corporate and group markets, and stay up-to-date with technological, economic, and client-specific changes that may affect Lore Group opportunities.
- Manage global preferred agreements with key industry global accounts to drive incremental business across each region.
- Nurture the GHA (Global Hotel Alliance) Sales relationship on behalf of Lore Group.
- Analyze historical and statistical information to penetrate market share and support the team on individual targeted segments and territories.
- Develop existing client base, increase production, and revenues while harnessing key account relations.
- Negotiate, handle, and follow up on enquiries, proposals, contracts within company guidelines.
- Support regional teams with entertainment, client FAM trips, plan and execute sales trips, and have ownership/accountability as the direct sales contact within your market and segment.
- Analyze month-end reports, review, and implement action plans to address market share penetration and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain and improve the client database (Delphi).
- Ensure regular training with all Lore Group Hotels sales teams on cross-selling and product knowledge.
- Participate in trade shows, conventions, and events as directed.
- Plan and execute key sales trips to your given market segment/region and ensure ROI is met on all trips.
- Plan and communicate need period action plans and devise with Commercial leads per region with effective promotional campaigns.
- Ensure sales presentations are conducted in a professional manner and reflect the image of the company and market segment/clients to which it is directed.
- Develop and maintain industry supplier relations for Lore Group properties where relevant with airlines, DMC's, and third-party groups that may be helpful for current and future development and growth. Lead partnerships with London & Partners and DC Destination team relations.
- Facilitate idea generation and remain an active and visible representative of Lore Group within the UK and International client market, as well as playing an active role with the team on the leisure, entertainment, and corporate markets.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience in Hotel Sales.
- Experience in a leadership role, managing a team of sales professionals.
- Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
- Proven direct sales experience within the UK and International market with experience in all business segments.
- A highly self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record in sales management and a drive to succeed.
- Ability to plan, think ahead, and react to business/industry changes quickly and effectively.
- Possess strong financial and business acumen.
- Excellent client communication skills and able to work effectively at all levels.
