About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Deal Manager to join our team at Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our FinTech start-up, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, analyzing data, and creating compelling commercial propositions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including revenue forecasting and deal structuring
- Analyze financial data and create suitable commercial propositions for clients
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging fintech technologies
- Build relationships with mid-market and independent artists
- Collaborate with A&R, Underwriting, Legal, and Finance teams
- People management (team of 2, up to 10 as the company expands across Europe)
Requirements:
- 3+ years in private equity, investment banking, or related finance/professional services
- Expertise in data analysis, pricing, revenue forecasting, and deal structuring
- A passion for music and culture
- A strong interest in Tech innovative and FinTech start-ups
