About the Role
Anson McCade is seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to join our team of dynamic consultants. As an M&A consultant, you will have the opportunity to work with industry-leading clients in the Private Equity and Financial Services sectors, focusing on complex mergers and acquisitions transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute end-to-end deal processes, from initial strategy development and target identification, to due diligence and negotiation, and through to closing and post-merger integration.
- Work closely with our senior leadership team, developing and presenting proposals to prospective clients, and leading business development efforts to grow our M&A practice.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on their most strategic and complex transactions.
Requirements
- Strong experience with technology due diligence and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience of delivering high-quality reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the Private Equity and Financial Services sectors.
