Position Title: Legacy Administration Coordinator

As a Legacy Administration Coordinator, your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Accurately analyzing, processing, and entering data into the FirstClass legacy management system in a timely manner
  • Managing and processing sensitive personal information related to supporters and their families
  • Overseeing a small team of Administration Assistants to ensure efficient operations
  • Regularly reviewing and updating administrative and support procedures as necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and other relevant legislation in all data handling
  • Scanning and filing incoming correspondence and documents accurately onto the FirstClass system
  • Keeping abreast of best practices and processes in the administration of charitable legacies

Attention to detail and precision are crucial in maintaining the integrity of our benefactor's information within the FirstClass system.

To qualify for the position of Legacy Administration Coordinator, candidates should possess:

  • Proven experience in an office setting, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A commitment to safeguarding vulnerable individuals, which may involve relevant background checks depending on the role's requirements.
