As an Operations Administrator, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Coordinator to manage various administrative and customer service tasks within our busy environment.

Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining accurate records within our database.

You will handle inquiries via email and phone, ensuring that all client and customer questions are addressed promptly and effectively.


Key Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator:
  • Maintaining up-to-date and precise records for each project/task
  • Updating databases and schedules regularly
  • Managing inquiries and issues through email and telephone communication
  • Coordinating with various departments
  • Processing leave requests and general accounting tasks
  • Handling invoicing for internal and external stakeholders
  • Processing reports from engineers' visits and following up as necessary
  • Performing additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications for the Operations Administrator Role:
  • Proven experience in administrative roles is required
  • Experience in coordinating or organizing maintenance or engineering tasks is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow directions with minimal oversight
  • Strong customer service skills are essential

This role operates on a standard day shift, Monday to Friday, and includes benefits such as free parking, a company pension, and medical coverage.
