Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Providing administrative assistance to the legal team, including managing diaries, appointments, and correspondence.
- Document Management: Handling post, scanning documents, and maintaining case files using Osprey.
- Communication: Drafting letters and documents with precision, and ensuring effective communication with clients and external partners.
- Database Management: Keeping databases up to date and implementing office systems to ensure efficient operations.
- Client Care: Upholding high standards of client care, confidentiality, and compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules.
