We are seeking a dynamic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to become a vital part of our operations team at Team Jobs as a Service Administrator. This position plays a crucial role in assisting both our internal and external clients with all facets of equipment repair management.

  • Location: Poole, Dorset
  • Salary: £23,000-£25,500
  • Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
  • Hours: 40 Hours per week
  • Holiday Allowance: 24 days plus bank holidays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Customer Managers to assist with administrative duties.
  • Schedule customer assets and manage job entries.
  • Communicate with subcontractors effectively.
  • Prepare quotation documents.
  • Handle purchase orders from customers and generate orders for suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Maintain the internal system with up-to-date statuses and information.
  • Generate and manage delivery notes and shipping documentation.
  • Process documentation in line with company service level agreements.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.

  • A positive demeanor and proactive attitude are prioritized over prior experience.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
  • Proficient in IT, especially with MS Office applications including Email, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Adept at engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
