Customer Support Administrator

This position plays a vital role within the organization, dedicated to assisting both our internal and external clients with all facets of equipment repair management.
Employment Type:
Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week
Annual Leave: 24 days plus public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with Customer Managers to facilitate administrative functions.
2. Schedule customer assets and manage job entries.
3. Communicate effectively with subcontractors.
4. Handle purchase orders from clients and generate orders for suppliers and subcontractors.
5. Prepare and manage delivery notes and shipping documentation.
6. Execute general administrative duties to support operational efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
Demonstrates a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Possesses excellent communication skills with a professional telephone demeanor, confident in engaging with clients over the phone. Proficient in IT applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite, including Email, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
