We are a dynamic and fast-growing business, seeking a highly organized and driven individual to join our team as a Branch Administrator. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business operations and delivering exceptional service to our clients and temporary workers.
Key Responsibilities- Client and Candidate Support: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and temporary workers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Payroll Administration: Process payroll accurately and efficiently, meeting company deadlines and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the branch, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Service Delivery: Deliver a high-quality service that meets the needs of our clients and temporary workers, aligning with our company values and standards.
- Competitive Salary: £22,750 per annum, plus opportunities for career progression and professional development.
- Industry-Leading Training: Access to comprehensive training and development programs, including a level 2 or level 3 Apprenticeship with support from our in-house training team.
- Excellent Benefits Package: 30 days paid holiday per year, rising to 33 days after a year's employment, plus a company pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, and colleague assistant helpline.

- Administrative Experience: Previous experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
