Here at Total Therapy we are recruiting a highly capable individual to join our patient services team. You will be based at our Lilliput Health branch, working on a full-time basis helping greet patients when they arrive on site, plus manage bookings via the telephone at our other locations in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Ringwood.

As well as being the first point of call to all our patients both in person and over the phone you will also undertake a wide variety of administrative jobs. Superb communication skills are essential.

You will be part of a team of other 30 clinicians and support staff, and our core business is offering private musculoskeletal healthcare. Lilliput Health is a superb environment to work within, and you will be part of a young, dynamic and practice team. Every day presents a variety of challenges, with the right individual being supported in their own ongoing training and development needs, in line with their long-term career goals. Competence in Office 365 is desirable, but you will be trained in the use of other bespoke software used by the clinics.

Your working pattern will be the same each week (37.5 hours) and can be tailored to suit your own personal needs in line with other team members.

**Salary**: £10.50-£11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
