Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing both email and telephone communication.
  • Manage order processing and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including invoices, receipts, shipping records, and warranty information.
  • Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels effectively.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with customers to gauge their satisfaction with our products and services.
  • Help in gathering and organizing customer feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Provide administrative support to the after-sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing general inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales context.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual.
  • Proficient in office software applications, particularly MS Office.
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
