Customer Support Administrator

Position Overview: This is a permanent role that offers a competitive salary range of £23,000 to £26,000, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, utilizing both email and telephone communication.
- Manage order processing and ensure accurate data entry.
- Prepare and maintain essential documentation, including invoices, receipts, shipping records, and warranty information.
- Assist in monitoring and managing stock levels effectively.
- Conduct follow-up communications with customers to gauge their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Help in gathering and organizing customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the after-sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing general inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales context.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized and self-motivated individual.
- Proficient in office software applications, particularly MS Office.
- Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
