Operations Administrator

Position Overview: The Operations Administrator will deliver exceptional service to both clients and internal teams while assisting the Business Services Manager in the daily operations of back-office, human resources, and financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support and oversee general office management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional reception area.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and execute procurement orders.
- Conduct research and arrange travel and accommodation logistics.
- Assist in maintaining billing documentation and generating invoices.
- Support with processing expense claims and other financial tasks as needed.
- Contribute to business enhancement initiatives.
- Process orders and initiate projects in collaboration with sales and procurement teams.
- Uphold and adhere to Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Follow established protocols to maintain ISO27001 accreditation.
- Maintain internal documentation and develop policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of GCSE grade C or above, including Mathematics and English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
