Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Rubicon Recruitment Agency. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team by providing exceptional administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Service: Manage incoming calls professionally, provide information, and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Supplier Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for suppliers, liaising to coordinate orders, deliveries, and address any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Office Environment: Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance workflow and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
