- Asset Management: Book in customer assets and load jobs into our system, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Communication: Liaise with sub-contractors, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth communication and resolution of issues.
- Procurement: Process purchase orders from customers and raise purchase orders for suppliers and sub-contractors.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including delivery notes, shipping paperwork, and other relevant documents.
- General Administration: Perform general administrative tasks to support the business, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
- Positive Attitude: A positive personality and can-do attitude are essential for this role.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to effectively interact with customers, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Email, Outlook, Word, and Excel, is required.
