Operations Coordinator

Holt Engineering is seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team. This permanent role is essential for ensuring the seamless execution of daily operations.
The position entails a standard workweek from Monday to Friday, with core hours from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. The role is office-based, and we provide complimentary parking for our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team
- Manage documentation related to contracts and building operations
- Assist in processing customer orders through various administrative tasks
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for team members
- Engage directly with clients and customers via phone and email
- Maintain accurate records and upload necessary documents to customer files
- Oversee the ordering of essential parts and inventory.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administration with strong organizational skills
- A proactive and motivated approach to work
- Flexibility and a willingness to assist in various tasks
- Reliable transportation is required due to the location.
