Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support our Financial Planning team in ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Obtain valuations, information, and product details for analysis and decision-making purposes.
  • Liaise with product providers and other third-party organizations to facilitate business operations.
  • Process new business, withdrawals, fund switches, and follow through to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Deal effectively with queries from clients and other parties, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Book in annual review meetings with clients and manage a Financial Planner's diary, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Maintain compliant files and records, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of the role, prioritizing customer satisfaction and well-being.

  • Understanding of the Financial Planning process and its complexities.
  • Ability to work within defined business processes and procedures.
  • Ability to achieve agreed outcomes without supervision, demonstrating autonomy and self-motivation.
  • Prioritize and plan your own workload, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Detailed and accurate, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Articulate and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, managing competing demands and deadlines.
  • Good IT skills, with proficiency in desktop applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
