Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Appointment Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As an Appointment Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the schedules of our Financial Planners, ensuring efficient and effective client service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Manage and optimize the schedules of our Financial Planners, ensuring timely and effective client service.
  • Client Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and updates.
  • Diary Management: Update and manage diaries to ensure accurate and up-to-date scheduling information.
  • Meeting Planning: Plan and coordinate meetings nationally to optimize journeys and ensure efficient use of time.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including sending confirmation letters to clients and creating and maintaining compliant files.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess a polite telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Be fully competent in desktop applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
