Job Summary:

Jobshop UK Limited is seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a Lettings Administrator. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lettings process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the referencing process for applicants, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and verified.
  • Oversee the renewal of tenancies, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and returned to tenants.
  • Assist with the coordination of viewings, including booking appointments and communicating with applicants.
  • Log and manage maintenance issues, ensuring prompt attention is given to any issues that arise.
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and applicants, responding to queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a property management or lettings environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with tenants, applicants, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience of property management software an advantage.
