**Key Responsibilities**:
**Responsibilities**

Finance Business Partnering:

- Costing up potential investments in pay, bonus, and new benefits
- Provide oversight and tracking on all global investments in pay & benefits
- Track and report on pay & headcount by business area vs. budget and escalate any issues to the Global Finance Director
- Actively working with Global People & Payroll teams to coordinate best practice and strategy including analysing and reporting all people-related KPI’s and pay and benefits data globally
- Responsible for preparing the monthly People Global Pack report, alongside the People Team
- Provide financial insight and business updates to the People Teams globally
- Supporting with projects relating to process improvement and efficiencies for our people teams globally
- Support People Teams globally in managing their team budgets, and preparing them for the annual review

Pay & Benefits:

- Actively working with the People Business Partners, Finance Business Partners, and Commercial Leads on all compensation-related issues
- Collaborate with the Head of Talent & Mobility on analysing external cash compensation and total rewards data, including market trends
- Work with the Employee Benefit Trust to analyse and report on the employee voice
- Work with the People Team, Employee Benefit Trust, and Internal Communications team to communicate people, pay, and benefit updates globally
- Work alongside the People Team to research, develop, implement, and administer pay & benefits packages to motivate and reward employees
- Develop, administer, and coordinate support team bonus schemes across the business globally
- Provide a list of scheme participants and the achieved percentage for each scheme and country to payroll upon payout
- Provide feedback and record individual performance bonuses submitted by the Commercial Leads and Finance Business Partners

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Skills and Experience**
- Strong analytical skills to assess and evaluate data, and make informed recommendations
- Experience of using multiple systems to analyse and model financial, demographic, and other data to draw conclusions and make recommendations
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams with excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to manage key relationships and influence outcomes
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information in a clear and accessible manner, supporting effective decision-making. With a high level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information
- Demonstrates an interest in and commitment to understanding and relating to Lush's core brand values
- Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements, particularly related to pay and people
- Ability to manage and support projects, including those focused on process efficiency and people-related initiatives
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting
- Experience in conducting market research to analyze external data
- Previous experience in global pay and benefits and bonus scheme administration would be beneficial
