**How you’ll change it up**
- Providing advice on legislation, policies, procedures and best practice
- Coordinating the delivery of business wide and local plans for continual improvement in health, safety and environmental performance
- Supporting effective risk management and the ongoing development of risk control strategies
- Supporting the development of risk assessment and working instructions, monitoring their implementation and providing coaching/advice
- Monitor the health, safety and environment performance across specific network operations, contractors and employees - taking steps to improve performance where needed
- Carrying out site, compound SHE and CDM audits

**What you’ll bring to the role**

You’ll have an excellent understanding of health, safety and environment processes, standards and improvement techniques, ideally with experience working in telecoms or a utility associated with the construction industry. You’ll also bring the following:

- Excellent written skills - including reports, strategies and operational procedures
- Experience in risk assessment management and method statement review
- Internal and external stakeholder management
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Health & Safety, Environmental Awareness, Internal Audit
- Membership of a relevant professional body e.g., IOSH
