Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Resource Recruitment. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Engineering Services department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices
- Respond to administration and invoice queries
- Input data into our SAP system
- Prepare and type technical documentation
- Provide administrative support to the department as required
- Perform general administrative tasks, including copying, scanning, and filing
Requirements:
- Proven administrative experience
- Experience working in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience of using SAP
- Intermediate level Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
