We are seeking an experienced and skilled administrator to join our Outpatients Department team. As an Outpatients Department Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department, providing administrative support to our clinical colleagues and contributing to the delivery of excellent patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Operational and Assistant Operational Manager, including preparing reports, managing records, and coordinating meetings.
- Work closely with all admin and clinical staff to ensure the efficient running of the department, including managing patient flow, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, visitors, and staff, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of departmental policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with Trust policies and procedures.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
