We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Claim Management: Record, check, and process all claim information in line with manufacturer conditions.
  2. Documentation and Communication: Receive job cards with agreed warranty items, input claims details, produce warranty invoices, and transmit to warranty providers.
  3. Parts Returns and Inspections: Record, supervise, and control systems for parts returns and inspections.
  4. Claim Rejection and Resolution: Check rejected claims, resubmit errors, and investigate reasons for rejection.
  5. Query and Resolution: Investigate and query unsettled and short-paid claims, assess causes, and ensure resolution.
  6. Compliance and Quality: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and minimum standards, as well as statutory requirements, including trading standards, fire, health, and safety.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in warranty administration or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software.
