Poole Audi currently have an opportunity for a **Sales Administrator** to join our award-winning team.

We are delighted to have won **Audi Centre of the Year** and we are now looking to continue and build upon that success.

Your main responsibilities will include supporting the sales team by processing administrative aspects of new and used vehicle orders, from point of purchase through to handover.

You must have at least _**12 months’ experience in sales administration,**_ enjoy working in a busy and energetic environment, with exceptional organisational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Administering the purchase of approved used vehicles,
- Ordering new Audis from the factory,
- Invoicing of new, used and trade sales,
- Creation and management of digital handover packs,
- Registering and taxing of new cars, using RAV,
- Activation of additional warranties and insurance policies.
- Ultra-organised and capable of multi-tasking,
- Approachable and friendly, even when under pressure,
- Competent in using digital tools such as RAV, Kerridge/Keyloop and CRM systems,
- Engaged and adaptable to learn new systems, processes and skills.
