Sales Administration support Customer Service and support - both over the phone and via email Project Administration - to support a busy team SALES ADMINISTRATOR JOB SUMMARY:  As a Sales Administrator, you will be an integral member of the team, supporting the smooth running of a busy and dynamic department and providing a first-class service throughout.   This is a completely newly created role within the team, so it is a position that can be developed in time, to add real value to the team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR: • Provide administration support to Business Development Managers and Account Managers, both out in the field, and in the office. • Take responsibility for customer-related tasks, documentation, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth service delivery. • Monitor and track the sales process from initial engagement through to the day to day account management, ensuring all necessary processes are adhered to, and that customer records are up to date and accurate at all times.• Record and actions, following customer account review meetings and ensure that any follow up actions are completed by the relevant Sales / Business Development manager. • Ensure that orders are fulfilled within agreed time frames and handle any associated queries or issues that arise, during the allocation and movement of stock.
