Golden Arrow Marine has an exciting opportunity for a Warranty administrator to join our busy Service department. This role has potentially some flexibility in working hours for the right person on a pro-rata salary basis.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Providing administrative and IT Support to the service team, primarily warranty claims across our multiple brands and monitoring paperwork and customer files.

Administration - submitting warranty claims, ensuring warranty terms are met and financially maximised and making sure all necessary documents are current and maintained.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Invoicing suppliers using their own systems for outstanding warranty claim payments.

Assisting with supporting the busy service departments as required.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in an administrative or warranty support role is preferred
- Proficiency in computerized office systems and software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills
