**About this role**:
**Salary**: £25-£30K (FTE) dependent upon experience

Location: Poole, Dorset

We are looking for an experienced Administrator, previous experience in the marine or engineering sector would be advantageous.

This role is pivotal in its co-ordination of routine and add hoc business administration activities; assisting with organising staff/crew/operations, procurement of day to day items from suppliers, including some technical engineering items and spare parts, as well as crew travel requirements.

The role also carries responsibility for the management of business information; generating reports and managing records, to support managers by ensuring access to information is efficient, schedules are adhered to and essential certification remains valid.

- Essential_
- Minimum 2yrs experience in business/engineering administration role.
- Proficient in use of MS Office software core products (Word & Excel),
- Excellent communication, people and organisational skills
- Ability to collate and process data efficiently
- Experience with procurement
- Desirable_
- Previous experience of working within the marine, engineering and/or construction industry and familiarity with associated technical products and terminology
- Familiar with UK health & safety legislation
- Conducting internal audits of business policy or processes
- Leading change projects and programmes
