**Duties**:

- Computerise data and maintain electronic records
- Utilise Xzero transactions and record-keeping
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when answering calls and responding to inquiries
- Maintain office organisation by managing files, documents, and supplies
- Conduct clerical tasks including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Assist with general office duties to contribute to the smooth running of daily operations
- Proficient in using Social media platforms

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on office management
- Strong typing skills and familiarity with office equipment
- Excellent organisational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in computerised systems for data management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette
