We are looking for another member of staff to join our office in the sales and office administration role. You will be taking orders over the phone and in person in the office, we have a manual process in the office at present and write invoices, other duties involve filing defect sheets, booking vehicles in for inspections/repairs and pairing invoices. We are part of the concrete and aggregate industry, no knowledge in the industry needed as training will be provided within the company. Full time hours available with a permanent role. We are a busy company with an ever expanding premises. Must be able to communicate in person, via the telephone and be able to use a computer competently. You must be capable of using mathematics to work out invoice totals and VAT amounts, calculators are provided. Customer service and bubbly personality with the ability to keep up with a fast paced company are the needed qualities for this position. **You must be able to work weekdays Mon - Fri 7AM/ 8AM - 16.30/ 17:00PM.** Please note you will be expected to work through school holidays, if you have children you will need to make sure you have child care in place for their time off. Hourly rate will depend on experience.

**Salary**: £9.00-£14.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
