Responsibilities:

As a Contracts Administrator, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Contracts Managers. You will play a crucial role in assisting them with all project-related administration tasks. Your responsibilities will include obtaining quotes from suppliers, placing orders for projects, and ensuring that the Procurement Schedule is adhered to. Additionally, you will create and update H&S files, risk assessments, and method statements. You will also be responsible for producing and maintaining O&M manuals, ensuring that all certificates are registered with the appropriate authority.

In this role, you will work closely with the design team and manage the Sub-Contractor Database. You will also assist with maintaining office systems, including data management, databases, spreadsheets, and filing. Providing administration support to the Directors and the Administration Team Leader will be an essential part of your role.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should be able to work under pressure, handle tight deadlines, and multitask effectively. Excellent telephone manner and good IT skills, including proficiency in Word and Excel, are essential. We value a willingness to learn and grow, so industry experience would be beneficial but is not essential. DBS checks may be required.
