**What you’ll be doing**:
Maintain employee records with high accuracy and confidentiality
Develop and deliver training on HR admin processes to business areas
Contribute to organisational projects assisting with implementation changes
Provide administrative support including managing calendars, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
Support the HR department in implementing policies and procedures

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven experience as an HR administrator or relevant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office/Microsoft Dynamics and HR software.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
