Our client based in Poole has an immediate requirement for 3 x Administrators to join their HR team, to carry out the administrative tasks required within the team in an efficient and effective way.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To provide consistent high quality proactive and reactive HR administration across the lifecycle of an employee or volunteer’s time with the business (Recruitment/onboarding, contract/role variations, safeguarding, absences, reward & benefits, pensions, departure)
- Maintain a consistently high level of service to customers. Ensure high levels of confidentiality and credibility are always delivered, whilst being both proactive and reactive to business needs, priorities, and deadlines.
- Input and manage accurate data on HR records in the IT system, Microsoft Dynamics AX
- Become an expert in all aspects of the HR records to query/review data where needed. Be able to identify and resolve issues by working alongside other departments to support system developments, testing and IT implementations.
- Use your knowledge of team processes to accurately check requests coming into the team. Refer back with any queries/discrepancies before actioning.
- Develop and deliver training on HR admin processes to business areas.
- Write and review team process instructions ensuring the most up-to-date version is always available to the team.
- Continually look to develop and improve processes to increase efficiency, adhere to legislation/policy changes, enhance customer experience, and utilise new developments in our HR systems.
- Manage the maintenance and filing of all people records.
- Provide HR reports to the business as required
- Raise purchase and service orders for the People department, log invoices ready for payment, support with ad-hoc payments.
- Record daily workload volumes to inform team focus and production of management info.
- Continually develop general knowledge of HR legislation & any changes within the organisation.
- Have a good understanding of data protection legislation and data governance and uphold the required data standards.
- Manage, action & distribute incoming post for the HR teams.

We are looking for someone with recent administration experience and good organisational skills; previous HR experience would be a big advantage but is not essential. Strong IT and data entry skills are a must. You must be able to pay attention to detail and use your own initiative to resolve problems, but you must also have good judgement to know when appropriate to escalate. You will be well organised, proactive and have good interpersonal, telephone and customer service skills.

**Hourly Rate **£12.00 to £14.11 per hour

**Hours ** 37 hours (Mon to Fri)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: £12.00-£14.11 per hour
