Project Administration Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering quotations from vendors and placing orders for project needs.
- Ensuring compliance with the Procurement Schedule.
- Creating and updating Health & Safety documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
- Producing and maintaining Operation & Maintenance manuals, ensuring all certifications are registered with the relevant authorities.
- Collaborating closely with the design team and managing the Sub-Contractor Database.
- Assisting in the upkeep of office systems, including data management, databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
Essential Skills: A professional telephone manner and strong IT skills are crucial, particularly proficiency in Word and Excel. Note: DBS checks may be necessary.
Compensation and Benefits: In addition to a competitive annual salary of up to £25,000, we offer a variety of employee benefits.
