Role Overview: The position involves delivering a high standard of professional administrative support while managing a variety of administrative responsibilities as directed by the Contracts Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and distribute internal newsletter content.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on internal documentation.
- Source and evaluate quotations for financial production.
- Support project coordination efforts.
- Assist in the creation and monitoring of training and development plans.
- Perform administrative duties including typing, photocopying, filing, and archiving.
Required Skills: Exceptional record-keeping, writing, communication, and interpersonal abilities are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with a foundational understanding of Excel.
Work Environment: This role is office-based in a newly refurbished setting, with parking available. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.
Benefits: The position offers 25 days of annual leave in addition to public holidays, with 3 days reserved for the Christmas shutdown.
