Project Administrator

At Reed, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prepare for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
  • Develop and implement action plans to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
  • Design and distribute internal newsletters to keep team members informed.
  • Perform quality control checks on internal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Obtain quotes for financial services and populate spreadsheets with relevant data.
  • Assist with project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Chase weekly reports to ensure timely submission.
  • Organize client entertainment and develop training plans to enhance team performance.
  • Dictate emails and perform general administrative tasks, including typing, photocopying, filing, and archiving.

Requirements:

  • Excellent record-keeping, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
  • Ability to prioritize a heavy workload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail and ability to check own work for accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
