Project Coordinator

At Reed, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are available.
- Develop and implement action plans to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance.
- Design and distribute internal newsletters to keep team members informed.
- Perform quality control checks on internal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Obtain quotes for financial services and populate spreadsheets with relevant data.
- Assist with project coordination and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Chase weekly reports to ensure timely submission.
- Organize client entertainment and develop training plans to enhance team performance.
- Dictate emails and perform general administrative tasks, including typing, photocopying, filing, and archiving.
Requirements:
- Excellent record-keeping, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize a heavy workload and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and ability to check own work for accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
