Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and prepare for meetings, taking minutes as necessary.
- Create and monitor action points, ensuring completion.
- Maintain all accreditations and conduct ongoing auditing.
- Develop and distribute internal newsletter content.
- Perform quality control auditing of internal documents.
- Obtain quotations for financial production.
- Populate spreadsheets.
- Assist with project coordination.
- Chase weekly reports.
- Organize client entertainment.
- Develop and monitor training/development plans.
- Dictate emails.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including typing, photocopying, filing, and archiving.
Requirements:
- Excellent record-keeping, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize a heavy workload.
- Demonstrable attention to detail and ability to check own work for accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of Excel.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
