Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and prepare for meetings, taking minutes as necessary.
  • Create and monitor action points, ensuring completion.
  • Maintain all accreditations and conduct ongoing auditing.
  • Develop and distribute internal newsletter content.
  • Perform quality control auditing of internal documents.
  • Obtain quotations for financial production.
  • Populate spreadsheets.
  • Assist with project coordination.
  • Chase weekly reports.
  • Organize client entertainment.
  • Develop and monitor training/development plans.
  • Dictate emails.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including typing, photocopying, filing, and archiving.

Requirements:

  • Excellent record-keeping, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and prioritize a heavy workload.
  • Demonstrable attention to detail and ability to check own work for accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with basic knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
