Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our team at 3D Personnel Ltd. As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing hard copy data into digital formats, data capture, and input.
  • Supporting the management team with administrative tasks.
  • Inputting information into systems, predominantly using Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Reconciling invoices and performing basic administration tasks.
  • Document management and control.
  • Answering the telephone and taking messages.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic project environment.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Driving license and own vehicle (occasional travel required).
