Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join our team at 3D Personnel Ltd. As a Construction Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing hard copy data into digital formats, data capture, and input.
- Supporting the management team with administrative tasks.
- Inputting information into systems, predominantly using Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Reconciling invoices and performing basic administration tasks.
- Document management and control.
- Answering the telephone and taking messages.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic project environment.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Driving license and own vehicle (occasional travel required).
