Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Coordinator to join our team at 3D Personnel LTD. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for processing hard copy data into digital formats, data capture, and input, while supporting the management team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting information into systems, predominantly using Excel and Microsoft Word and the client's internal document storage system.
  • Supporting the commercial team, reconciling invoices (when needed).
  • Document management and control.
  • Answering the telephone/taking messages.
  • Basic administration tasks.
  • Organizing and maintaining accurate records.
  • Providing administrative support to the management team.

Requirements:

  • 2 Years work experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic project environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Basic administration skills.
  • Ability to travel to different sites (occasional).
