We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Finance Administrator to join our team at Hays Business Support. As an Asset Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners in carrying out their duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to Financial Planners, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Obtain valuations, information, and product details for analysis and review.
- Liaise with product providers and other third parties to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Process new business, withdrawals, fund switches, and other transactions, working closely with the Paraplanner to ensure timely completion.
- Respond to client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate annual review meetings with clients and manage Financial Planners' diaries to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Maintain accurate and compliant files, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of the role.
- Understanding of the Financial Planning process and experience within the industry is desirable.
- Ability to work within defined business processes and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
- Prioritize and plan your own workload to meet deadlines and deliver results.
- Detailed and accurate in your work, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in desktop applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in Xplan.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
Fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, with on-site parking and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
