Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Asset Finance Administrator to join our team at Hays Business Support. As an Asset Finance Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Financial Planners in carrying out their duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide administrative support to Financial Planners, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  2. Obtain valuations, information, and product details for analysis and review.
  3. Liaise with product providers and other third parties to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  4. Process new business, withdrawals, fund switches, and other transactions, working closely with the Paraplanner to ensure timely completion.
  5. Respond to client queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  6. Coordinate annual review meetings with clients and manage Financial Planners' diaries to ensure efficient scheduling.
  7. Maintain accurate and compliant files, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  8. Ensure compliance with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly in all aspects of the role.
Requirements:
  1. Understanding of the Financial Planning process and experience within the industry is desirable.
  2. Ability to work within defined business processes and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision.
  3. Prioritize and plan your own workload to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  4. Detailed and accurate in your work, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in desktop applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with experience in Xplan.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
What We Offer:

Fully office-based role, Monday to Friday, with on-site parking and 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
