Job Summary:

JMK Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to join their dynamic marketing team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the overall marketing efforts of the company and brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital campaigns from briefing to approval, ensuring excellent attention to detail.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of website assets, including homepage, banners, and product uploads.
  • Contribute ideas and copy for customer communications and promotional product material, adjusting tone and content for various channels.
  • Execute digital campaigns, including weekly email newsletters and sales offers.
  • Organic social media management, growing accounts by creating engaging content and responding to messages and interactions.
  • Support the team in creating printed collateral for branches, including posters, banners, and signage, working with existing suppliers.
  • Liaise with Branch Managers to coordinate timely responses and provide marketing information from other internal departments.
  • Find and build relationships with key suppliers of uniform, print, and merchandise.
  • Collaborate with internal brand teams, Graphic Design, Product Sourcing, and Product teams to plan launch campaigns.
  • Create ad hoc and seasonal point of sale materials for branches as briefed by head office or branch managers.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn from experienced professionals.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
